Fleet Signal Lost is a solo-developed, passion-driven print-and-play game created in Ukraine.
It combines tactical decision-making, modular ship management, and a dice-based action system into a compact and replayable experience.
The goal of the project is to create a game that is easy to start, but offers meaningful choices every turn.
This is an independent solo project.
I’m a developer from Ukraine working at the intersection of game design, systems thinking, and hands-on prototyping.
The game started as an experiment to bring roguelike mechanics into a physical, paper-based format — and gradually evolved into a full project.
Everything — from mechanics to layout — is built iteratively with a strong focus on clarity and player experience.
